Marketing Review
Why do I need a Marketing Review?
Many small and medium size businesses do not have the resources readily available to employ a full-time marketing professional. Developing a marketing strategy and creating a marketing plan may seem too complicated or daunting for a small business owner, but a lack of proper planning often results in limited or sporadic marketing activity which doesn't achieve the desired results.
If your marketing efforts are not generating the return that you hoped, a marketing review is the perfect opportunity to analyse your current position and re-focus your goals. The review allows you to take stock. Together we will look at what you want to achieve and what challenges your small business faces, giving clear direction on how to move forward.
A marketing review will ensure that your time and budget are used wisely, whether you want to build awareness of your brand, find new customers, increase customer engagement and retention or have other business targets.
The review provides an audit of your current position, helping to develop your marketing strategy, assisting you in setting clear objectives and arming you with a marketing activity plan to implement in order to achieve these objectives.
A marketing review should ask:
Where are you now?
Where do you want to be?
How are you going to get there?
How does it work?
Each marketing review is tailored to the individual needs of your business. Before meeting, Emma will research your market, your competitors, and gain an understanding of your target audience. You’ll be asked to supply your business plan if you have one, samples of past promotional material, and your website, brochures etc will be reviewed. You may also be asked to complete a short questionnaire to detail any other required information.
Emma will then meet with you, or conduct a telephone meeting for a maximum of three hours. This session will be used to discuss your business objectives, what challenges you feel your business is facing, past marketing activity and the results, and what future marketing activity will allow you to achieve your business goals.
What will I take away?
You will receive a report reviewing the current position of your business along with a practical marketing action plan with required budget. You’ll also be given a list of any ‘quick fix’ action points that can be implemented immediately. You will be able to start working from your plan straight away!
If you would like help implementing your plan, Emma can discuss the numerous marketing solutions offered by Curly Creative such as an outsourced marketing manager or pick and mix style marketing services. There is no obligation to use these outsourced marketing services if you decide you are happy to implement the plan yourself.
How much does it cost?
The Marketing Review fee is just £399 with no VAT to pay. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The fee is incredibly good value when compared to an ad-hoc ill thought-out advert or an unproductive directory entry…
